Our commitment to protecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.


ARTI Analytics is committed to establishing and implementing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022, thereby contributing to the continuous and sustainable preservation of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.


Information assets subject to protection include the following:

Information obtained from our clients during the delivery of services
Information obtained from our partners and suppliers
Information owned by ARTI Analytics (including ARTI Analytics intellectual property)
All other resources (dependent assets) necessary for processing information required to provide services to our clients and users

Taking the above into account, ARTI Analytics information security policy commits us to:

Ensure that information accessed during the delivery of our products and services is:

  • Protected against unauthorized access
  • Kept confidential
  • Not disclosed to unauthorized persons, whether intentionally or unintentionally
  • Maintained in terms of integrity through protection against unauthorized modification
  • Continuously available to authorized persons
Continuously comply with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to the protection of personal data and other critical information of our clients
Implement appropriate information security awareness programs for all employees and, where applicable, for other interested parties
Report, investigate, and promptly respond to all suspected information security incidents
Identify, through appropriate risk assessment, the value of information assets, understand their vulnerabilities and threats that may expose them to risk, and manage high-level risks by reducing them to an acceptable level through the design, implementation, and maintenance of risk mitigation controls
Maintain and test business continuity plans to the greatest extent possible and practicable
Meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and obtain and maintain certification of the implemented Information Security Management System, with continuous efforts toward its improvement.
