Our team in Sarajevo currently has around 20 AI solutions developers and researchers, in addition to our corporate ARTI Analytics Inc. office in Silicon Valley, USA.

Responsibilities

🧩 Develop and optimize data preprocessing pipelines, retrieval systems and AI agent workflows with a focus on large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and machine learning (ML)

⚙️ Perform data preprocessing, model training, and fine-tuning to meet project requirements

🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test AI solutions

🔍 Analyze business problems and design AI-driven solutions tailored to client needs

🐞 Debug and troubleshoot issues in AI models and optimize their performance

📐 Develop mathematical models and perform numerical analysis

📝 Documenting research findings

📄 Opportunity to draft research papers and patent applications

Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an asset)

💼 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with AI, LLM, and ML projects

🐍 Practical experience with Python (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, NumPy), .NET, and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks

📊 Background in statistics and applied mathematical skills will be an asset

🗣 Fluency in English, both written and spoken

⚙️ Very good understanding of OOP and software design patterns

🤖 Proficiency in implementing and optimizing LLM, RAG, and ML systems

🧠 Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning architectures

📝 Logical approach to problem solving, analytical thinking, good communication skills, and willingness for active learning

💻 Must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

🔧 Experience with GitHub basic commands for version control

🚀 Passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
