Chief Executive Officer
Joerg Ferchau, co-founder and CEO, has over 35 years of background in startups and Fortune 500 companies including over 20 years as CEO establishing and scaling venture backed startups. Prior experience includes roles in marketing, product development, operations, and sales in multiple geographies. Industry experience includes artificial intelligence (AI), network/data security, computing/data storage, and electric vehicle technologies. As a product innovator, Ferchau has over 30 patents and several product innovation awards.
MIGDAT HODZIC
Chief Technical Officer
Dr. Migdat Hodzic, co-founder and CTO is an accomplished industry veteran with over 35 years of industry experience and deep expertise in theoretical and practical aspects of Artificial Intelligence, Complex Systems Control, Control Theory, Machine Learning and other related fields. Hodzic lectures at multiple universities on AI and applied mathematics topics. He holds multiple US Patents, has published 6 books, and has authored over 180 professional and scientific papers.
LAURIE MILLER
Corporate Council
Laurie has been a corporate attorney for over thirty years, representing a wide variety of start-up companies in the technology and pharmaceutical industries, often serving as general counsel and Board Member. Her expertise in corporate law includes joint ventures, angel and venture financings, stock options, trademarks, licensing, development agreements and other general corporate matters. She has a J.D., M.B.A. and LL.M. (Taxation), in each case, graduating with honors.
